Say NO to Kimkins Web Ring

Winning the battle and winning the war

It’s time to admit something. The Mighty Ducks have won. Won the battle, and now winning the war with Heidi Diaz is close. Very close.

Inside info, you ask? Nope. Just a realization of how far the mighty ducks at LCF and various bloggers have come in taking down the Kimpire.

Let’s examine the evidence.

Kimkins diet website ain’t what it used to be. No longer an active place with tons of posts and lots of real dieters losing weight, Kimkins is a virtual ghost town, literally. Sure, a few posters remain. But, last summer it was so hot it was hard to keep up with the posts and so active if you missed a few hours online, you’d be hard pressed to keep up. Those days are GONE!
No one and I mean NO ONE still believes that Kimmer and Heidi aren’t the same person. Seriously, did anyone ever believe otherwise? I mean, even when I was on the fence about the safety of Kimkins as a diet, I was certain that Heidi and Kimmer are in fact the same person. She once made the statement “No one knows who Kimmer is.” Oh, I beg to differ. Kimmer, Heidi, whatever you’re calling yourself today, you aren’t nearly as smart as you think you are. You are an evil liar who is going down for your crimes. You cannot escape the long arm of the law forever.

As hard as Kimmer has tried to flit all around the ‘net spreading her diet scam known as Kimkins, the Mighty Ducks have worked tirelessly to remove those lies, and spread the word about this dangerous diet program known as Kimkins. There is absolutely NO WAY for Heidi to keep up. How many pro-Kimkins websites or blogs can you find on the web, versus how many anti-Kimkins blogs can you find? It’s not even close. The word is out about Kimkins being a dangerous, dangerous diet. Anyone now who attempts it is simply not paying attention.
The class-action lawsuit is likelihood, but even if it isn’t approved by the court, tons of evidence is piling up against Heidi. Frankly, I have no idea how difficult it is to get a lawsuit classified as class-action. But here’s the thing: the very attempt to get a class-action suit filed against Heidi for false advertising, misrepresentation, fraud, etc. means that many other agencies are looking into what Ms. Diaz has done. Nailing someone for consumer fraud looks really good on a resume or as part of a campaign platform. Somewhere in all this is at least one legal eagle looking to make a name for themselves. What better way than making someone who’s taken advantage of people who are desperate to lose weight PAY for what she’s done? There is no better campaign slogan, NONE.

Finally, by doing the right thing, the Mighty Ducks are encouraging others to do the same thing. Think someone is guilty of fraud? GO AFTER THEM. The web gives you a voice and a platform to make yourself heard around the world. Think someone is promoting an unsafe plan? Shout it from the virtual rooftops! You will be heard, eventually. The web makes it possible for people in all corners of the globe with similar interests to unite sharing those interests, learning from each other and making lots of noise when something isn’t right.

Long story short? Stick a fork in her. Kimmer’s done.

This is one of the craziest scams I have witnessed in 13 years of litigating class actions. I hope someone does go after this one.
