Over the past few days, former Kimkins member Amyb has shown proof that current Kimkins admin Singinglass - Delaney Deaver - has used at least one other name when posting at Kimkins. So, any real members left at Kimkins never know if they're talking to a real dieter, or just an alter-ego of Heidi's.

Now, members of the low-carb community are buzzing about the possibilty that the Magic Chicken Diet and it's "creator" Bonnie Luper are just the latest parts of Heidi "Kimmer" Diaz' con game. While we know that Bonnie is a real person - who actually lost weight, unlike Heidi - the question remains: Is Heidi Bonnie's puppet master?
See, the Magic Chicken Diet ain't exactly magic. Starvation will cause you to lose weight - along with your hair, muscle tissue and your overall sense of well-being. But, unlike Heidi Diaz or Bonnie Luper, I won't ask you to take my word for it. Google the term "very low calorie diet" or VLCD and read the information for yourself.
Is there a link between The Magic Chicken Diet and Heidi Diaz - who is facing a class-action lawsuit and possible criminal fraud charges because of her actions at Kimkins? That remains to be seen. What we do know is this: The MCD is as nutritionally bankrupt as the Kimkins diet plan.
So, here's a word to the wise dieter - Don't pay for any plan online until you've had a chance to look at what you are buying. There are so many FREE support sites and doctor-approved plans that you can get for little or no money.
When it comes to online diet advice, you often DON'T get what you pay for. And you may pay a price that is far higher than the $70 Bonnie or Heidi will gladly take from your bank account while offering you a way to starve in return.
