Witness for the defense: Kimmer knows "fat is where it's at"

Is science on the side of Heidi "Kimmer" Diaz?

A new study just released links big bellies to Alzheimer's and dementia later in life. Gasp!

"Your honor, I throw my (large, large, never lost any weight in my life) self on the mercy of the court. The mistakes, the times I misrembered, and the lies that were told at Kimkins just aren't my fault, your honor. The fat made me do it!" said Heidi, sincerely.

The study - Kimmer's best defense - can be found here at: http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080326/hl_nm/alzheimers_belly_dc_1

"We're sort of at the beginning of understanding the
clinical effects of these byproducts of fat," Whitmer said. "But there is
evidence from the molecular level, from animal models, and from population
studies that it could have a negative effect on the brain."

Fat-induced crazy. Hey, Kimmer, there's a lot of Ducks that might just buy that argument - coming from you. Oh, and check with your tax accountant. Your sugar cookies might now be medically deductible. Just a thought.

The funny thing is, Heidi Diaz has been caught in so many lies during her depositions - even asked once of the judge - "Is it too late to take that back?" Still, I can easily imagine her trying to use a study like this, with a totally straight face, to defend the lies, fraud and manipulations that she's pulled. And, even funnier than the thought of her trying to pull a stunt like using fat as a defense, is the amount of evidence against her that's been turned over to John Tiedt of the law firm Tiedt and Hurd in California. Heidi has NO idea of the avalanche of proof waiting to fall on her.

Sorry, Heidi. Study or not, it is FAR too late to take it all back. I hope some of you other diet guru's out there are listening. There's no magic in selling a diet plan that could injure someone, no matter what you call it.

I wouldn't put it past Heidi Diaz to try to scare people into her diet fraud using news like this study. However, it's not necessary to starve yourself to reduce belly fat - just get your insulin levels down. Keep eating healthy proteins, fats and vegetables, and kick the sugars & starches.
